- screenshots of the active browser tab
- visible page content and DOM structure
- user input and interaction within the extension
The Service uses this information to generate real-time, step-by-step instructions and explanations.
helperflow does not record video or audio.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use helperflow for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of helperflow and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and third-party website terms.
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes
- use it where screen capture or data processing is prohibited

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- our total liability is limited to €50 or the amount you paid for the Service (if any)
We are not responsible for:
- actions taken based on AI-generated guidance
- data loss or service interruptions
- incompatibility with websites or platforms
- third-party AI provider failures
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to helperflow if:
- you violate these Terms
- you misuse the Service
- required by law or security reasons
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
